These Terms of Use govern access to and use of AI Venture Factory Discovery, a private internal market-research application operated by CodedMind / AI Venture Factory.

1. Purpose

The application is intended for internal market research, product discovery, and analysis of aggregate demand signals. It is not a consumer-facing service and is not intended to provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

2. Authorized use

Access is limited to authorized users. Users must not attempt to access data, systems, or functionality beyond the permissions granted to them.

3. Third-party services

The application may use third-party services, including Google Cloud and the Google Ads API. Use of those services is also subject to the relevant third-party terms and policies.

4. No campaign management

The application is designed for research and planning. It does not create, edit, or manage Google Ads campaigns and does not place advertising spend on behalf of users.

5. Intellectual property

The application, its code, interface, and original content are owned by or licensed to CodedMind / AI Venture Factory, except for third-party materials and services that remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Availability and warranties

The application is provided on an internal, as-available basis. No guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular business decision.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CodedMind / AI Venture Factory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the application or reliance on research outputs.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the application evolves. The current version will remain available at this URL.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, subject to any mandatory rules that may apply.
